It’s the most wonderful time of the year! For approximately 130 children at Samsungwon Orphanage and Emmanuel Children’s Home, December marks a special time for positive, cheerful memories at the Christmas parties. This event is what the children look forward to the most every year. They get to laugh through activities such as pin the nose on Rudolph, or have a friendly competition amongst the different houses. Saying “Cheese” or “Kimchi,” they smile for the polaroid camera to get instant memories printed. While asking for specific wish list items, their expressions fill with joy as they open their present and get a picture with Santa.

A gift of $35 ensures one Christmas gift is purchased for a child. A donation of $100 allows a child to uniquely decorate a star with your name on it for KKOOM’s Giving Tree. The Giving Tree will be assembled during the Samsungwon Christmas Party. Donations of $100 or more for the Giving Tree must be received by December 5th.
